This warranty is provided by Cornick Pty Ltd, the Australia designer and manufacturer ofWatchguard Systems products. It is provided in addition to other rights and remedies of the purchaser under relevant consumer law in relation to the goods to which the warranty relates.
Within Australia, Cornick’s goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
This warranty is valid for the original purchase and is not transferable to a subsequent customer if the product is sold by the original customer during the warranty period. Purchase receipt or tax invoice must be kept as best proof of purchase. The proof of purchase will establish the commencement date of this warranty.
